New Sports Complex in Myrtle Beach

There's a new indoor sports complex taking Myrtle Beach by storm. The Plex is a 210,000 square feet tower of fun that has everything you can imagine in the world of sports.

The Plex stretches acrosss 12 acres of Myrtle Beach excitement and die hard sports lovers will definitely feel love at first site.

For only $5 you can go in and play all day, jumping from one sport to another. Feel like shooting some hoops before shooting the soccer ball? Go ahead. Want to lift weights before sinking an eight ball at the billiards table, you can do that to.

There are a host of different things to do to get your blood pumping. Because when it comes to this Myrtle Beach sports complex it's both recreation and straight competition.

Maybe the shot of adrenaline you need is watch two gladiators go at it at Hall of Famer Robert Gibson's wrestling school. You can get all your frustrations out rooting for your favorite guy or training as a student to take down your most hated heel.

For some, pro wrestling's not their thing. That's cool. You might prefer to try your hands at Mixed Martial Arts. The Plex is home to Karate, which is taught by a world class instructor. Then again, gymnastics might be more your speed. Hop, skip and flip your way over to the Ultimate Gymnastics Academy.

But The Plex isn't all about training and recreational competition, it's main theme is simply having fun.

They offer an After School Program where kids can participate in all the sporting activities, get help with their homework and have access to Wi-Fi.

This Myrtle Beach sports complex is also turned into a fun and exciting roller rink so your can dance and skate the night away.

There's so much fun it can barely be contained under one roof... even if it is 210,000 square feet. And with it being just off of 501, next to Freestyle Music Park, you're always only minutes away from all the excitement.
